The Kelkka is a Finnish legend. Developed in Finland, the vodka-based Kelkka drink is the creation of Helsinki-based bartender Karri Kelkka. Mixed at the request of a group of friends, Kelkka himself stated to MTV3 News in 2015. The drink has delighted Finns and still holds its own. Kelkka was chosen as the best drink of the year in City magazine in 1999.
