Born in the small town of Moncalieri in Italy’s Piedmont region, Cucielo Vermouth di Torino uses a combination of fine Italian wines along with a perfect blend of naturally and, for the most part, locally sourced botanicals and aromas. With Vermouth di Torino, the brand takes inspiration from the migrating cuckoo, which journeys fromwest Africa to Scotland each year, travelling the length of Italy. The name Cucielo derives from Cu (as in Cuckoo) and Cielo (meaning sky in Italian). This a spicy, aromatic Vermouth Rosso that offers a fusion of caramelised orange, rhubarb and warming spices, balanced by warm peppery notes and a light bitterness.
