The main ingredient of our moonshine is Pihtipudas wheat, the taste of which acquires body and nuance from wheat malt as well as local barley and rye. The nose is aroma-packed, grainy fresh, while the soft flavour displays a little sweetness reminiscent of mead and a depth akin to fine cognac. Centuries of venerable traditions honoured; moonshine redeemed.
